- for evidence in any court lawsuit cases , flyers or adds , private promotions , you may not provide my photos pose as it is your work  ,my work will only be shared by tmiller consent ..

POLICY

you may not contact tmiller regarding the removal of any photos taken at a previous function ,once asked in a function if you like a photo tmiller then takes your photo show you your photo , if you like the photo now its approved legally owned and ready for publishing.

 if your in a crowd caught in a shot you must then take up your complain with the person that hired tmiller then he/she will further instruct tmiller on the option of removing the album or pay the fee for my time to re- enter and make adjustments.

you may not threaten, force or expect any photos to be removed by your decision , if violent acts is passed on to any employee at tmillerhd he then will be forced to take legal actions with no remorse of what will happened to the individual. thank you for your time
